Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Abbotsford, BC. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients in spray foam insulation and protective coatings, and promote Pinnacle West’s chemicals, equipment, and turnkey solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve targets. The role also includes providing product information, coordinating demonstrations or training with technical staff, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to service and support. The Salesperson will work closely with internal teams to address customer needs, resolve issues, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
• Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and account management in an industrial or B2B environment.
• Knowledge or aptitude to learn technical products related to spray foam insulation, protective coatings, and application equipment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging customers on-site and over the phone.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple opportunities, prepare quotes, and meet sales targets.
• Comfort working in an on-site setting with occasional travel to customer locations or job sites as needed.
• Previous experience in industrial, construction, coatings, or insulation sales is an asset.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and accurate record-keeping.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet any required safety standards for visiting client facilities.
