Key Responsibilities Manage and convert leads received through e-commerce platforms and digital channels. Generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and outbound outreach. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and drive timely closures. Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales. Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and revenue generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales. Experience with CRM tools and MS Office will be an advantage.
