Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Support end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as software engineers, QA, DevOps, product, data, and more.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
• Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify quality talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring.
• Follow up with candidates and interviewers to collect timely feedback.
• Assist with campus hiring, recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives.
• Track hiring metrics and support recruitment reporting.
