Closeloop Technologies has a history of engaged, productive employees, and were looking for a Human Resources (HR) manager to continue that happy tradition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures. The bulk of the role will involve recruiting, employee orientations, benefits administration, compensation, rewards, and conflict resolution, but there is great opportunity for developing and refining systems. We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.

Responsibilities
Write and post technical job descriptions
Source potential candidates on Naukri.com, LinkedIn, etc
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
