Job Description
Experience: 4-5 years
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
Planned, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Define project objectives, requirements, and scope, as well as create a comprehensive project plan with tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders, providing timely updates on any deviations from the plan.
Resolve project-related issues and conflicts and escalate critical concerns to senior management when necessary.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in managing projects, preferably in the technology or software development industry
Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams effectively
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
PMP certification is a plus
