Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Business Development Manager (BDM) for a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth, managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project execution. The role requires collaboration across teams to deliver client-centric solutions and support sustainable expansion. • Key Responsibilities • Handle international client calls and meetings during night shift from office • Understand client requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions • Collaborate with internal technical teams for solution design and delivery • Prepare proposals, cost estimations, and technical presentations • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships • Provide consultation on technology stacks, architecture, and best practices • Ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Candidate should have deep expertise in at least one core domain and working knowledge across multiple other domains Core Domains (Expert in Any One): • PHP (All frameworks) • Python (Core Python, Flask) • Full Stack Development (Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Django, FastAPI) • AI/ML & Generative AI (Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Prompt Engineering) Working Knowledge (Across Other Areas): • Automation & DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Cloud platforms) • Database Management (Relational & Non-relational databases) • CMS Platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Zend, Wix, Squarespace, Joomla, CodeIgniter, Laravel) • Web Design & Development • eCommerce Development (Shopify, Magento)
