Founded in 2016 in Bondi, we have expanded to over 50 locations across the east coast of Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast). ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Mixer at FISHBOWL, you’ll be an ambassador of our core values. You will be responsible for providing personalised guest experiences, walking our customers through the menu and making wholesome bowls from scratch.
Skills and experience
You’ll have:
A background working in food, restaurants, and/or customer experience (desirable, not but essential)
Excellent communication skills
A team player mindset and a positive can-do attitude
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
Experience as a quick and adaptable learner
Accountability in upholding high standards.
Key responsibilities:
You will work with fellow Mixers, Restaurant Supervisors, and your Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create delicious bowls. You’ll be expected to:
Make wholesome bowls from scratch
Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
Operate a point-of-sale (POS) register to complete customer transactions
Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu
Maintain critical standards of food quality, daily food safety, and sanitation
Live out FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards by contributing to an excellent work culture.

Pay: $34.79 – $41.72 per hour
