Job Description
The HEINEKEN Global Graduate Programme is a three-year accelerated leadership programme designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders. You'll gain hands-on experience across Sales, Marketing and international markets while building the skills, experience and network to accelerate your career.

Your Graduate Journey
Sales Foundation (6 Months)
You'll:
Learn the business from the ground up through Sales and Merchandising
Build customer relationships and commercial capability
Gain hands-on experience working with customers and sales teams
Understand how our brands drive growth in market
Trade Marketing (6 Months)
You'll:
Support commercial projects and brand activations
Gain exposure to category management and shopper marketing
Work closely with both Sales and Marketing teams
Learn how commercial strategies drive business growth
International Assignment (6 Months)
You'll:
Develop a global mindset
Build international networks
Experience different markets and ways of working
Accelerate your professional and personal growth
Landing Role (18 Months)
Following your international assignment, you'll return to DB Breweries and transition into a meaningful commercial role where you can apply everything you've learned.

What You'll Bring
A bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, Marketing or Economics
No previous work experience is required, but a maximum of 1 year’s post-graduation
Full New Zealand working rights
