Team Leader - Operations

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the backend operations team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of all sales and production-related processes. Oversee preparation and verification of quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Purchase Orders (PO), and CRS documentation. Ensure accurate order processing from sales confirmation to production and dispatch. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for seamless order execution. Monitor and ensure timely completion of CRS activities and customer commitments. Review and approve backend documentation before final submission or processing. Maintain and improve internal processes for better efficiency and accuracy. Handle escalations related to order delays, documentation issues, or interdepartmental coordination gaps. Train, guide, and support backend team members to improve performance and productivity. Ensure proper maintenance of records, reports, and MIS related to backend operations. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of CRM systems and backend sales operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and reporting tools). Good understanding of basic accounting and commercial documentation (PI, PO, billing process). Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Strong coordination and communication abilities. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Education Technical education is preffered B. Tech in Mechanical
