• Retail Sales Team Incentive Management:
• Design / Ideation of incentive structure for all retail channels (prime, key , emerging, RSME, POS, VSO ). Each channel has different structure, theme and focus areas. Each Channel has multiple roles ( Minimum 5 roles in each Channel) where incentive is required to be designed . Incentive design for close to 30-35 roles
• Run simulation of all schemes : Processing for approvals/signoff from NHOD finance team.
• Plan incentive communication for the channel for circulation.
• Ensure correct mapping of all employees.
• Timely calculation of incentive and submission to Finance
• Resolving queries related to incentive of 2000 employees .
• Analysis of scheme if scheme is working well or no and suggest changes post H1 in case any changes required.
• MIS Reporting
• Plan frequency of reports, consumer of reports formats of report.
• Review the reports for veracity randomly suggest corrections for deviations.
• Comprehend customize report requirement by all retail channel heads stakeholders (NHOD, zonal heads, vertical heads).
• Automation of regular reports .
• Align team members to understand the requirement review the reports / dashboards before it gets published with targeted stakeholder.
• Campaign Management
• Design/Ideation of campaigns for employees across national/local levels
• Design / ideation of campaigns for agents across retail
• Run simulation of campaigns
• Make and Publish Regular reports on campaign for agents and employees
• Team Management
• Participate in recruitment process to identify right talent for various positions within own team
• Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team
• Support team members in delivering their responsibilities in business as usual and resolve their concerns/ challenges, if any
