Job Description
Office Location: Pune
Designation - Team Lead - Content (Automotive)
• Experience : 5yrs to 8yrs
• Relevant Exp in Automotive Content writing and Editing - 3-6years is must
Role & Responsibilities:
• Capable of independently handling/managing editorial responsibilities.
• High-impact. Result oriented writing of news, features, and product reviews on the website to generate high traffic.
• Write content for website's product pages (model pages). Regularly update them for hygiene and SEO purposes
• Upload articles online using Content Management System and use appropriate in-links for cross-promotion of articles. 5. Tag/Embed suitable videos to articles and product pages
• Constant engagement with OEMs/Vehicle Brands, attending product launches, seeking editorial opportunities, and expanding the brand among stakeholders.
• Creating a monthly content calendar and ensuring strict implementation of content goals
• Whenever required, work with an external agency to assign, secure, and ensure timely delivery of the content and upload the same on the website.
• Model/tailor-made content targeted at the relevant audience to maintain strategic leadership in organic traffic of the website.
• Manage social media accounts with consistent user-engaging posts.
• Work with multiple teams - Design, SEO, Product, and Sales teams to achieve business goals
The ideal candidate should:
• Independently handle/manage editorial responsibilities.
• Knowledge/understanding of trucks and commercial vehicles or experience working in a similar industry is a definite plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Hindi is an advantage but not necessary.
• Ability to write scripts and host videos is a plus.
• Basic social media skills (if not, we will train you!) and the ability to put out consistent user-engaging posts.
• Panache to ideate, develop, and create original content for promotional and marketing campaigns.
• Functional skills - knowledge of SEO is a great bonus.
• Ability to write interesting content in the digital age is great only if it reaches the correct audience.

2. Attend events such as trucks and commercial vehicle launches for on ground reporting.
3. Share daily story ideas with the news editor/manager

7. Ideate/Coordinate with designers to create innovative, user-friendly thumbnails and graphics
