• Interview Management:
Oversee and facilitate smooth interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with managers and clients to understand staffing requirements and plan hiring strategies.
• Candidate Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between candidates, hiring teams, and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment journey.
• Interview Coordination:
Conduct and manage interviews while coordinating with operations and internal teams for effective execution.
