A great opportunity exists to join Zurich New Zealand as a Team Assistant reporting to the General Manager.

In this varied role, you will enjoy supporting the team with tasks ranging from diary management, administration to operational support and booking travel. Additionally, you will sometimes act as the local lead for our health and safety/premises teams.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

Strong administration experience, ideally within a corporate environment
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
A high level of initiative and the ability to prioritise tasks
Competency in MS Office 365, Mural, Expense and Travel Management software
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
