Role Overview
We're hiring a Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring for critical roles across functions. You'll work closely with founders, leaders, and cross-functional teams to bring in top talent, elevate the candidate experience, and strengthen the culture that powers our product. This role is open to candidates based in Delhi or Bangalore.
What You'll Do
• Own end-to-end hiring for critical and niche roles across functions
• Partner with founders, leaders, and hiring managers to align on role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans
• Build and execute talent acquisition strategies, including outbound sourcing, pipeline management, and talent mapping
• Deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects Xeno's culture and values
• Drive data-backed hiring decisions using funnel metrics, sourcing insights, and market intelligence
• Strengthen employer branding through content, outreach, and candidate engagement
• Continuously improve hiring processes, frameworks, and interview structures
• Create long-term relationships with top talent and maintain warm pipelines
• Champion diversity hiring and drive inclusive hiring practices
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and structured evaluation
You'll Excel If You Have
• 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
• Experience hiring for mid-to-senior-level and specialized roles
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruiting tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with founders, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with comfort using hiring metrics
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and building inclusive teams
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
