Talent Acquisition Corporate Supervisor
Reports to: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Department: Talent Acquisition
Location: Remote
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Corporate Supervisor will be responsible for the identification of talent needed to support and grow Trulieve’s human capital, while supporting Trulieve’s mission and values daily. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is the Company’s main point of contact for recruiting and serves as the primary reference to support the recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage recruiters for corporate recruiting and onboarding functions
• Manage team reporting, ticketing requests, projects, initiatives, directives, etc.
• Manage onboarding for all business units, ensuring onboarding needs are met, data is correct, processes are being followed, etc.
• Support recruiting team with business leader relationships, staffing needs, etc.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships, conversions of contractors to full time employees as well
• Schedule phone screens and interviews with candidates
• Source candidates using effective, creative outreach techniques
• Communicate with candidates via email and phone
• Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation
• Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application tracking system
• Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process
• Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement
• Represent Trulieve, Inc. at recruiting events and establish Trulieve, Inc. as a top employer of choice
• Assist on other recruiting efforts and projects as necessary
• Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience required
• Skilled with handling negotiations
• Executive recruiting experience required
Additional Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
Salary will be commensurate with experience. This role averages 45-50 working hours per week depending on business needs. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
