Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SUSHI COOK
Set up cooking station
Read orders and use recipes to make orders according to portion sizes, quality standards, and temperatures
Clean, restock, and organize workstation during the shift and after the shift
Maintain The Hamilton's high standards for food safety and quality
