Job Overview• Supervise ambulance crews during assigned shifts & making roster. • Ensure timely response to emergency and non-emergency calls. • Monitor unit status, deployment, and coverage levels. • Coordinate with dispatch, hospitals, fire, and law enforcement agencies. • Manage daily logistics operations, including fleet movement & vehicle maintenance. • Plan rosters and schedules to optimize workforce utilization and vehicle deployment. • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance across all levels. • Monitor and improve performance metrics, focusing on operational efficiency and service quality. • Drive discipline, staff grooming, and professional conduct within the team. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence. • Collaborate with internal departments to align operational goals with organizational objectives. ________________________________________ Clinical & Quality Assurance • Ensure adherence to medical protocols, policies, and procedures. • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Leadership & Personnel Management • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to EMTs and Drivers. • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage. • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters as required. • Support onboarding and training of new staff. Administrative Duties • Complete reports related to incidents, vehicle issues, or personnel matters. • Ensure vehicles, equipment, and supplies are maintained and ready for service. • Assist with policy development and implementation.
