Potential Future Roles
Roles will vary depending on department and availability, but will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers when needed
Working across departments and supporting the wider team
Ensuring shelves and displays are well stocked and presented to a high standard
Maintaining excellent store presentation and cleanliness
Building strong relationships with team members and leadership
Contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment
Specific Roles available as of 23/06/26, subject to availability;
Fresh Foods assistant - Evenings and Weekends - Suitable for part time, in school or study. Days and hours to be discussed.
Deli Assistant - Cooking, merchandising and preparing fresh products. Friday & Saturday. Early starts, hours to be discussed.
Checkout & Grocery - Days and hours TBC and subject to applicant. Various hours from AM shifts and PM shifts.

✅ What We’re Looking For
Previous supermarket, retail or customer service experience is an advantage (but not essential)
A strong work ethic and positive, reliable attitude
Honest, dependable, and a great team player
Confidence, initiative, and the ability to work independently when needed
Attention to detail and a fast yet efficient work pace
Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple departments
