Summer Administrative Assistant (Temporary – North Vancouver)
Professional Practice Sales BC North Vancouver, BC
Duration: Start ASAP – End of August (Full-Time or Part-Time – Flexible)
Compensation: $25-30 /hour
About Us
Professional Practice Sales BC is a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in the sale and valuation of dental practices. We support practice owners through the full transition process with professionalism and care. We’re seeking a reliable and tech-savvy administrative assistant to support our team over the summer.
What You’ll Do
Format and edit Word documents and Google Docs
Enter and organize data in Excel and Google Sheets
Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and consistency
Convert files into PDF format and prepare client-ready versions
Send agreements for signature using DocuSign
Manage folders and digital documents in Google Drive
Provide general support to our marketing and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Comfort with DocuSign
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
A friendly, team-oriented attitude
Ideal For:
University students, recent graduates, or anyone seeking short-term summer office work in a dynamic and professional environment.
