Position: Subject Matter Expert (Mathematics) – Teaching Exams
Employment Type: Traineeship (6 Months)
Location: Work From Home (WFH)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and academically strong Subject Matter Expert (Mathematics) to contribute to content development for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) examinations. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over Mathematics, Pedagogy, and teaching examination patterns, along with the ability to create high-quality, exam-oriented content and solutions.
Qualification & Eligibility
• Must have qualified CTET or any State TET Examination.
• Master's Degree in Mathematics or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates pursuing or holding a Ph.D. will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of Pedagogy, learner-centric teaching methodologies, and educational assessment practices.
• Sound knowledge of descriptive/conventional question writing techniques.
• Familiarity with examination patterns, syllabus structures, and evaluation standards of teaching examinations.
Experience
• 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in content creation, academic research, or teaching.
Required Skills
• Strong conceptual understanding of Mathematics.
• Ability to create exam-oriented content with detailed and student-friendly solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and digital content creation platforms.
• Good command of both English and Hindi.
• Ability to use mathematical tools and software for content development.
• Strong analytical, research, and descriptive writing skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality content for TET and other teaching examinations.
• Create Mathematics questions up to PGT level with accurate and easy-to-understand solutions.
• Design practice questions, assignments, and exam-oriented learning material.
• Ensure originality and maintain academic integrity in all content.
• Conduct examination research and syllabus analysis for various teaching exams.
• Resolve academic doubts within defined timelines.
• Prepare descriptive and objective-type questions as per exam requirements.
• Collaborate with academic teams to improve content quality and learning outcomes.
• Efficiently use Google Sheets, AI tools, and content management systems for content development and tracking.
