We're looking for an exceptional Studio Operations Manager to become the operational leader of Denman Athletics.

The Opportunity
This role is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of Denman Athletics.
Working alongside the owners, you'll ensure the business operates smoothly, our members receive an exceptional experience, our team is supported, and our annual business goals continue moving forward.
This is a hands-on leadership role. While you'll spend time supporting our front-of-house operations, your primary responsibility is leading the business, supporting the team, driving growth, and ensuring Denman Athletics consistently delivers an exceptional experience for every member.
Success in this role isn't measured simply by keeping the doors open. It's measured by building a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional member experience, improving retention, growing membership and ensuring Denman Athletics operates at an exceptionally high standard every single day.
