Support students on their placement journey with Uniting
1 Max Term Part Time position until 31 October 2025 - 3 Days Per Week - Based at Melbourne CBD
SCHADS Level 2 + Super
Your new role
Join our team as a Student Placement Administrator and help us support the next generation of community services professionals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work with purpose and wants to be part of a values-driven team.
In this role, you'll process student placement applications, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all students on placement with Uniting. Your attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to keep things running efficiently will make a real impact.
It’s part-time to 31 October 2025 (45.6 hrs per fortnight). We’re flexible with working hours, but ideally 3 days per week, hybrid work options are also available. It could be a secondment opportunity or maybe you’d like to work additional hours. Talk to us about what you are looking for, and we’ll see if we can make it work.

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
Strong administrative and data entry skills with great attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A friendly, proactive approach to teamwork and communication
Commitment to confidentiality and accurate record-keeping
Experience using systems like Better Impact is a bonus, but not essential
