Role Description The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural elements for buildings and other civil engineering projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design calculations, developing detailed drawings and specifications, reviewing architectural and MEP plans, and coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues. The engineer will perform structural modeling and simulation, support the preparation of technical reports, assist in material selection, and participate in design reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehra Gopipur, requiring close collaboration with the local project team and occasional visits to project sites to support implementation and address field concerns.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong structural analysis and design skills, including knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry structures.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with engineering design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or similar tools).
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Candidates should possess effective problem-solving, analytical, and technical report-writing skills.
• Candidates should possess strong collaboration and communication abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in structural design for buildings or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dehra Gopipur, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
