We are currently supporting a prestigious client in the energy sector to identify a high-caliber Senior Mechanical Piping Engineer for a critical contract project based in {{Location}}. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the technical integrity and successful execution of large-scale industrial projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and LNG sectors.

They are seeking a seasoned professional who thrives in demanding environments and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of engineering excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee complex piping engineering tasks, ensuring total compliance with international industrial standards and project specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on mechanical site execution, bridging the gap between design office intent and field-level construction realities.
• Coordinate the design and integration of piping systems, static equipment, and overarching mechanical construction plans.
• Provide comprehensive technical support for large-scale energy infrastructure, including pipelines, terminals, and refinery units.
• Review and approve detailed engineering documentation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve site-based engineering challenges, optimizing construction sequences and site productivity.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks in mechanical and piping systems and implementing proactive solutions to maintain schedules.
• Ensure that all engineering activities related to EP (Engineering and Procurement) phases are executed with precision and technical rigor.
Qualifications:
• B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 to 12 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, or related industrial sectors.
• Deep technical proficiency in piping engineering, mechanical site execution, and static equipment management.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical construction practices for Marine Jetties, Tank Terminals, or Pipeline projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical documentation and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for a high-level project environment.
