Ramadorai, who was the CEO of TCS at the time, on strategic initiatives before eventually leading the entire Tata Group. We are looking for someone with similar ambition, ownership, and leadership potential.
YOUR MISSION You will serve as the Founder's strategic execution partner, ensuring that ideas turn into action and opportunities become businesses. You will work directly across multiple companies, business functions, consultants, investors, government stakeholders, and senior leadership teams. This position is ideal for someone who aspires to become a future CXO, Business Head, Founder, or Entrepreneur.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Execute strategic initiatives directly on behalf of the Founder.
- Drive high-impact projects across multiple businesses and ensure timely completion.
- Take complete ownership of critical assignments from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, investors, legal advisors, financial institutions, and senior stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and new business evaluations.
- Prepare business presentations, investment decks, feasibility studies, reports, and board-level documentation.
- Follow up relentlessly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution excellence.
- Represent the Founder professionally in meetings and business discussions whenever required.
- Build systems, improve operational efficiency, and solve business problems proactively.
- Manage confidential information with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Travel across India whenever business requirements demand. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA from a reputed institution will be an advantage.
- 2–8 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Executive Office, Strategy, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Business Development, or Project Management.
- Experience working directly with founders, promoters, CEOs, or senior leadership teams will be highly preferred.
- Compensation: Exceptional candidates from premier institutions or with outstanding capabilities will be compensated well above the stated range.
