As a proud Nova Scotian, family-grown organization, we are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Store Operations Manager to help support the success of our retail locations across the province.
This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building relationships, coaching teams, solving problems, and helping stores achieve operational excellence. Working closely with Store Managers and the Director of Store Operations, you will travel to all 16 locations to provide support, identify opportunities, and help create exceptional customer and employee experiences.

What You’ll Do
Operational Excellence
Visit and support all 16 store locations
Promote consistency in store standards and operations
Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Support merchandising execution and store presentation
Leadership & Team Development
Coach and support Store Managers
Assist with onboarding and training initiatives
Partner with leaders to support employee engagement, performance, and driven results
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of retail leadership experience (multi-site experience considered an asset)
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and coaching abilities
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
A passion for supporting teams and creating positive workplace cultures
Ability to travel regularly throughout Nova Scotia
