We’re hiring: Pharmacy Recruitment & Workforce Manager

24/7 Pharmacy is expanding across premium residential locations in Mumbai, and we are building a reliable frontline pharmacy workforce for multi-store operations.

This is an HR + recruiter + workforce execution role. We need someone who can hire pharmacy staff, maintain attendance discipline, manage rostering, handle documentation and ensure stores are never short of required manpower.

Role focus:

Pharmacist recruitment

Pharmacy staff recruitment

Candidate sourcing and follow-ups
Interview coordination

Joining and onboarding

Attendance management

Shift planning and weekly offs
Emergency replacements

Pharmacist licence documentation

Basic compliance coordination

Staff discipline and escalation The ideal candidate has experience in pharmacy retail, healthcare retail, hospital pharmacy operations, retail staffing, or frontline workforce recruitment.
