About the Company
Vedalex World Class Products Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing Ayurveda and FMCG company committed to delivering high-quality herbal and wellness products across India. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to efficiently manage our store operations, inventory, team, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock inward/outward, and stock reconciliation.
Maintain optimum stock levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Monitor product availability, expiry dates, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellence.
Deliver an excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse, Sales, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Ensure proper merchandising, cleanliness, and maintenance of the store.
Conduct regular stock audits and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
3-4 years of experience as a Store Manager in FMCG, Retail, Ayurveda, Pharma, or Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, store operations, stock audit, and ERP/POS systems.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
