Full job description
Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed.
Prevent stock loss through theft, damage, or expiration.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Record Keeping & Documentation

Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods.
Handle goods receipts, dispatches, and stock transfers.
Prepare reports on stock status, damages, and discrepancies.
Procurement & Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing departments for timely deliveries.
Ensure materials received match purchase orders in quality and quantity.
Store Organization & Cleanliness

Keep the store or warehouse clean and organized.
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safe storage of items.
Team Supervision

Supervise store staff (helpers, pickers, loaders).
Delegate tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Train new staff and enforce safety and SOPs.
Maintenance & Safety

Ensure all safety standards are followed (fire safety, PPE, etc.).
Monitor the condition of storage equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
Reporting & Communication

Report to senior management on stock levels, issues, and needs.
Coordinate with other departments like Sales, Production, and Finance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
