Position: Steward
Experience: 1 year to 4 years
Job Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Belgavi,-Karnataka
Qualification: Hotel Management degree/diploma

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the service.
• Assist in clearing dishes and resetting tables for the next guests.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role; freshers with a Hotel Management diploma/degree are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with shifts and work timings.
• Energetic and team-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
