We are seeking a dynamic and innovative STEM innovation engineer to join our team at Innow8. If you are passionate about technology and have expertise in embedded systems, Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, and 3D printing, then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate hands-on STEM learning through robotics, coding, design thinking, and engineering activities.
• Mentor students in creative problem-solving and innovation projects.
• Develop student projects, prototypes, and practical learning modules.
• Coordinate with teachers, volunteers, and external partners for lab activities.
• Develop cutting-edge solutions using embedded systems and IoT technology.
• Design and implement Arduino and ESP32-based projects for various applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in STEM fields and contribute to the company's innovation roadmap.
• Manage ATAL Tinkering Lab, robotics lab or maker space operations, equipment, safety, and inventory.
• Organize workshops, innovation challenges, and competitions for student engagement.
• Represent the lab during visits from partners, donors, and school leadership.
• Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and suggest improvements.

• Eligibility: BTech in ECE or MSc in electronics.
• Job role: Visiting schools to teach robotics and guide students in preparing projects.
