The Lead Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, and execution of HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. The individual will lead a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors, and provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership:
• Lead the design and implementation of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Oversee the development of engineering plans, specifications, and equipment selections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related issues and inquiries.
2. Technical Expertise:
• Perform calculations for heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration loads.
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components based on project requirements and energy efficiency.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
3. Project Management:
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
4. Client Interaction & Support:
• Provide technical support to clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting technical solutions and project updates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Ideally with at least some project handling experience, Salary Range 41-47K INR monthly CTC based on skills.
