WE ARE HIRING | STATE HEAD – SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka 💼 Department: Sales & Business Development 🎯 Position: State Head – Karnataka Insolation Green Energy Private Limited (INA Solar) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented State Head – Sales & Business Development to lead our business growth and strengthen our market presence across Karnataka. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute regional sales & business development strategies for Karnataka.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion and achievement of regional sales targets.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with EPCs, channel partners, distributors, dealers, developers and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer and partner network.
• Lead negotiations, commercial discussions and closure of key business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Build, manage and mentor the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Own regional sales performance, pipeline development and forecasting.
• Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Projects, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry forums, customer meetings and business events. 🔹 What We’re Looking For - 10+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the Solar / Renewable Energy / Power / Electrical industry.
• Strong understanding of the Karnataka solar market and regional customer ecosystem.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong network among EPCs, distributors, dealers, developers and institutional customers.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
