Job Summary

You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and supporting our operational needs.
Duties
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
Engage with customers via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Utilise bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish and English, to assist a diverse clientele.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure clarity and understanding.
Conduct analysis of customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling products or services during customer interactions.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
