You will support the next generation AI architecture for engineering and research teams.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement zero-downtime monitoring for 99.999% service availability.
• Develop and follow operational standard processes for tool and automation development, including style guides and versioning.
• Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure security and service availability.
• Diagnose and solve production issues, including performance and functional problems, with engineering teams.
• Automate problem management processes to prevent recurring issues.
Required Skills
• 7+ years of experience demonstrating ability in designing, building, refactoring, and releasing software in Javascript.
• Proficiency in Node.js and web front-end/UI development.
• Experience integrating backend services with interactive UI components for developer productivity.
• Strong debugging and triaging skills.
• Solid fundamentals in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD and Test Automations.
• Demonstrated ability to write support documentation and participate in customer training.
