Job Description
Assumption of system responsibility as well as administration and configuration tasks in a
Windows system environment
2. Support in the context of incident, problem and change management for the supported
Microsoft systems
3. Ensure availability of the systems is 100% and all security & compliance related topics are
addressed.
4. Should possess good analytical & troubleshooting skills and be able to collaborate with other
teams to fix issues.
5. Execution of Windows server installations, upgrades, migrations, system setups
6. Deep understanding of Windows Servers, Active Directory and other Infrastructure roles
(DNS, DHCP, Terminal Server). Knowledge in PKI topics would be desirable.
7. Experience with Azure administration would be an advantage
8. Monitoring of the Windows environment for any issues.
9. Hands-on experience in Active directory User & Computers, Group Policy and Distributed File
System (DFS).
10. Experience in Software patching and WSUS patch solutions.
11. Knowledge and understanding of Scripting languages (PowerShell preferred)
12. Performance and error analyses as well as tuning measures to ensure that the agreed service
level targets are met.
13. Creation and maintenance of documentation
