Location: Remote (India)

Salary: Up to ₹80,000/month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates in coordination with the internal team.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
• Coordinate with project managers and development teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales , Business Development, or IT Services Sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience working with US or international clients.
• Ability to understand technical projects such as websites, mobile apps, SaaS products, or custom software.
• Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Comfortable working remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling software development or digital services.
• Knowledge of web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, or cloud technologies.
• Experience with proposal preparation and project estimation.
• Previous experience working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
