We Are Hiring: Senior Sales Manager Middle East (Based in Mumbai / Open to Relocation)
Are you a seasoned Sales Leader who has physically lived or stayed in the Middle East to close high-value enterprise deals Do you thrive on extensive regional travel, high-stakes negotiations, and cracking major accounts in the Banking or Telecom sectors
Aurionpro Solutions Ltd - Interactive Communication business unit is looking for a heavy-hitting Senior Sales Manager (Middle East) to drive our next phase of exponential growth.
Location: Mumbai (Open to candidates ready to relocate)
Travel: Extensive travel/stay in the Middle East as required
Experience: 15+ Years
CTC: Up to 35 LPA [1]
What You Will Do:
Drive Revenue: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, leveraging your on-ground Middle East experience to close complex contracts.
Build Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor for C-level stakeholders across Banking and Telecom industries.
Lead Teams: Mentor and manage high-performing teams across business development, account management, and post-sales support.
Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with product and delivery teams to conceptualize software/solution architectures.
Manage Financials: Oversee ecosystem analysis, costing, effort estimation, and collections management.
What We Are Looking For:
15+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales or Solution Sales.
On-Ground Experience: Must have physically stayed/worked in the Middle East region specifically for closing business deals and managing local client relationships.
Deep, unshakeable domain expertise in the Banking or Telecom verticals.
Willingness to travel extensively and stay across the Middle East as required by project/deal lifecycles.
Mobility: Based in Mumbai, or fully willing to relocate to Mumbai immediately.
