Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics within digital media, entertainment, broadcast, production houses, or content platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated expertise in motion graphics, animation, compositing, visual effects, and kinetic typography.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, editing rhythm, color correction, sound design, and visual communication.
• Experience creating content optimized for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in entertainment, celebrity, lifestyle, fashion, or digital media brands.
• Experience creating show packages, channel branding assets, and promotional campaigns.
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D motion design tools is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Experience handling podcast and video-first content ecosystems.
