Role Description The Video Production Specialist will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content that showcases construction projects, company initiatives, and brand stories. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams to capture site footage, conducting interviews, and creating promotional and informational videos for internal and external audiences. The role involves managing video equipment, organizing raw footage, and ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines. The specialist will also optimize video content for digital platforms, presentations, and client communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
• Ability to plan and execute end-to-end video production, including storyboarding, scheduling, and coordinating shoots.
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording, with attention to detail in framing and composition.
• Strong skills in video editing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
• Experience creating content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing presentations.
• Basic understanding of branding and visual communication to ensure consistent and professional video output.
• Ability to work on construction sites, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate effectively with project and office teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Prior experience in corporate, industrial, or construction-related video production is an advantage.
