Job Overview
We are seeking a Sr Team Lead for Real Estate Land Acquisition and Business Development at Jio-bp. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Jaipur. Candidates should have a work experience ranging from 6 to 12 years. The role involves overseeing and driving efforts in land acquisition and real estate development to expand our company's footprint.
Qualifications And Skills
• Proven expertise in land acquisition with comprehensive knowledge in the real estate domain. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong skills in negotiation to successfully close deals and liaise with stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)
• Advanced proficiency in real estate due diligence to ensure compliance and validation. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in real estate to drive strategic acquisition and development plans effectively.
• Competence in network planning for optimal real estate and business operations alignments.
• Excellent facilitation skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners smoothly.
• Proficiency in managing stakeholders to maintain beneficial relationships and clear communication flows.
• Strong liaison capabilities to effectively connect and negotiate with public authorities and landowners.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Lead the land acquisition strategy to support the company's real estate expansion goals.
• Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring all acquisitions meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate negotiations with landowners and stakeholders to secure optimal agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of acquired land into business operations.
• Develop network plans for current and future real estate projects to maximize operational effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with public authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits efficiently.
• Drive business development initiatives to identify potential land opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the company's strategies agile and forward-thinking.
