Role Description The Acquisition Manager (Onboarding Properties) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new properties that align with The Nivaas brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include scouting and visiting potential villas and holiday homes, conducting feasibility assessments, and negotiating terms with property owners and partners. The role involves coordinating due diligence, managing documentation, and ensuring that each new property meets design, comfort, and service standards before going live. The Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with operations, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate listing details, and timely readiness for guest stays. Ongoing tasks include maintaining relationships with property owners, tracking performance of onboarded properties, and recommending improvements to enhance guest experience and portfolio quality.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in property scouting, evaluation, and acquisition, with the ability to assess fit with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Experience in vendor and owner management, including negotiation, relationship building, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of hospitality, real estate, or holiday homes, with familiarity in basic legal and commercial aspects of property agreements.
• Operational skills in coordination, documentation management, and process follow-through to ensure smooth onboarding of properties.
• Ability to analyze property performance metrics, market trends, and guest feedback to support data-informed acquisition decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort conducting in-person meetings and site visits.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, digital communication platforms).
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
