Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through calls and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings or site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Follow up regularly with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Prepare and share daily sales reports with the management team.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹12,660.74 - ₹42,416.90 per month
