Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven POS Machine Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new merchant accounts, pitching POS payment hardware and integrated merchant solutions, and building strong relationships with retail businesses, restaurants, and commercial enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition: Identify, target, and pitch modern POS solutions to retail stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and service-based businesses.
Lead Generation & Field Prospecting: Conduct daily field visits, cold calling, and market mapping to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Product Demonstrations: Present payment terminals, software integrations, and fee structures clearly to prospective business owners and managers.
Relationship Management: Onboard new clients and provide ongoing account management to maximize terminal usage and client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and payment system innovations to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of proven track record in B2B field sales, merchant acquisition, financial technology, or direct sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Business Acumen: Understanding of retail operations, payment processing fees, and merchant banking solutions.
Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.
