Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join The Infinity Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting prospective clients from provided leads, introducing our residential plot and property projects, and scheduling site visits to convert potential leads into buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily calls to potential buyers using provided cold and warm leads. Pitch real estate properties, explaining key features, location benefits, and pricing structures.
Schedule and confirm client Site Visits for our sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested or undecided clients via phone calls and WhatsApp.
Keep accurate records of daily calls, customer responses, and lead statuses in Excel or CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) in Real Estate, Telecalling, or Customer Service are welcome.
Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, polite phone etiquette, and convincing ability. Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic phone handling, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
Perks & Compensation Competitive Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 / month Attractive Incentives: High performance bonuses per confirmed Site Visit and final Plot Booking.
