Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs, and a basic understanding of Python. You will work on developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Implement best coding practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Work with Python scripts (basic level) for automation, data processing, or backend services.
• Stay updated with the latest Java frameworks and technologies.
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in Java (Core Java, Java 8/11+)
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.)
• Microservices architecture and API development
• Database management (SQL and NoSQL)
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting or automation
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of React/Angular for frontend development
• Experience in message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to Machine Learning/AI (if Python is used in data-related tasks)
Education & Certification:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Relevant certifications (Java, AWS, Kubernetes) are a plus
