Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Proven ability to build positive working relationships
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance and support to employees
• Conduct performance management activities, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing performance improvement plans
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects
