Position : Sr. FINANCE EXEC

Exp : 5+ years

Qualification :  MBA Finance / CA Intermediate / CA with 2 years of experience

Domain : Finance

Location : Mumbai( Mon to Fri 10-6pm)

WFH available

Relevant Exp :

 A min of 5 years’ experience in Finance domain

 A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IT and ITS

 If CA then 2 years of experience

Responsibilities :

 SEZ Compliances (SERF, Softex, MPR, APR, DTA, DSPF etc.)

 Accounts review, finalization and Audit

 Statutory Audit and Tax Audit finalization

 Vendor payments

 Bookkeeping of transactions in local books of account (Tally)

 Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting of financials to the Head

office in JDE System

 Assist the company secretary in the CS compliances.

 GST (GST1,3B, Annual return), Income Tax (TDS, Advance tax) related

Compliances

 Fixed Assets recording and depreciation run

 Month end activities – invoicing, intercompany reporting, prepaid

recon, provision recon, ledger recon etc.

 Debtors recon and tracking

 Experience with consolidation with multiple currencies

 Familiar with IFRS

 Knowledge of coordinating budget and forecasts

 Coordinating internal and external audit

 Strong report writing skills

 Basic project management would be an advantage

 Strong MS Office skills

 Use of multiple reporting platforms

 Worked on ERP systems like JDE/Tally etc.

 Strong MS Office Skills

 IFRS (preferred)
