Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing/Growth Marketing executive with 4 to 7 years of experience in SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, and content strategy. As a Growth marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital growth marketing strategies that drive business growth, increase website traffic, and lead generation and optimize conversion rates.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid search platforms to maximize ROI.
• Use conversion optimization techniques to improve website engagement, lead generation, and sales.
• Develop and implement content marketing strategies that engage and educate our target audience and drive conversions.
• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to ensure alignment and drive success across all marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices and incorporate them into our marketing strategies.
• Manage and mentor junior team members to develop skills and drive team success.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, and content strategy.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and optimize conversion rates.
• Expertise in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid search platforms, including campaign strategy, optimization, and management.
• Experience with conversion optimization techniques, including A/B testing, website analytics, and landing page optimization.
• Strong experience with content strategy and creation, including blog posts, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
