Technical Knowledge

Managing HMC Knowledge

Tool Presetting of tools

10 microns accuracy in milling

Pull down clamping

Basic knowledge of 5 axis machines

Tool life monitoring

Concepts of ZPS

Cylindrical grinding / Surface grinding

Digitally savy and data driven

CAM

Roundness tester

Material Knowledge - What is steel , high carbon steel

Managerial Knowledge

Scheduling of machines as per plan

Available and dependable

Communication skills in English

People person

Basic knowledge of maintenance

Understand what is a bottleneck
